The three February exhibitions came and went and left some pictures. These are from the Work In Progress show at the Royal College, Kensington site: These ones are from the Notes To Self show at the Royal College, Battersea site: And finally, from Open Plan: Strategies and Tactics, the show on 55 Gracechurch Street, an office building in the City:

This month my work will be shown in three exhibitions. The first one is the Royal College of Art's Fine Art Work in Progress show. It will be open to the public 6 - 10 February, from 12 noon to 5:30 pm daily, at the RCA's Kensington Galleries, Kensington Gore, London SW7 2EU. The second one has an interesting format. The show itself is a work in progress, with works being repositioned and recontextualised day by day in an open dialogue. It's called 'Notes to Self' and it will be open 7 - 10 February, 12 noon - 5:30 daily, at the Dyson Gallery, Dyson Building, Battersea Bridge Road, London SW11 4AS. The third one takes place in an interesting place, an empty floor of a fully-working City building. It's a night event but it's also part of a temporary takeover of the space by RCA students, which will generate interesting conversations about the nature of exhibiting spaces, the tricky affairs of art with money (and tax savings) and the power of art to create exception zones in neutered spaces. The event is called 'Open Plan: Strategies & Tactics' and will take place on Thursday 7th February, from 6 to 9 pm. The address is 55 Gracechurch Street, London EC3V 0EE. |
